Anyone up for a little racing? There are a few of us (from several forums) that are going to the Palmer Drag Strip tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday) for Truck Performance Night. It is bracket racing, so you don't have to be fast to win, just consistent. Test-n-Tune starts at 6pm with the competition starting about an hour after that. Most of us usually show up around 6:30pm. Good times and the more the merrier. We need some more diesels to help us beat up on the Lightenings and SRT10s.

 

Would be there if I could......but 1000 miles of road and no trans together yet slows me up a little ya know?? Actually, there are quite a few of us here in Juneau that are thinking of making the trip up to Anchortown sometime for a little asphalt pounding. Let me know how it turns out and who's Alaskan Top Diesel Dog!!

 

Come on up and lets do some racing. I have the honor of being the winner of the first Truck Preformance Night at the strip last month and I plan on trying to repeat. There should be much more competition tomorrow.

As a side note look in the events forum, I just posted about Piers coming to Alaska so if you ever wanted to meet him now is the time.
