A flat area and a heavy right foot will built a little boost just not the same numbers youd see in an automatic truck. I finally learned how to foot break it the last month i was driving it and was able to get the boost up their even higher. P.S. a manual tranny diesel powerbreaking is super awesome, but hard to do good luck. Oh and dont try that on a stock clutch.

The easiest way for me is to have the front wheels turned slightly (or a lot if you like) and rev the motor way up till starts building a little boost. Ease out on the clutch till you start to feel it slip/grab and everything is tight then dump clutch, floor the skinny and stomp the brake. A lot of times it will push me a bit before I can get the truck stopped.
Disclaimer, I am not under any circumstances recomending this. Try it at you own risk, you can and will break stuff tryin this. Make sure you truck is built to handle it before you try it. Too many people mess up their trucks listening to bad advice so linsten to me at your own risk.
