first off i by no means condone what i was doing but my pride got the best of me and i couldn't help it. i was traveling down rt219 in pa about 2 weeks ago, when a chevy 3500 dump bed (very sharp looking truck, probably a 2006-2007),came flying up behind me and started riding my tail. i decided to lay into it a little bit to see what he would do. Well it was no surprise when he accelerated with me. At this point something inside me let loose and i floored it. I hit about 105mph (at this point i was pretty easily pulling away from him) and then eased up a bit. well he kept coming so i layed into it and started feathering the throttle just enough to keep ahead of him and then decided to floor it again. This time i hit about 120mph and was well ahead of him, i decided that i had proved my point and started braking. I guess he didn't see it this way and came flying up past me. Well i just couldn't let well enough alone and floored it again and blew his doors of again. I was pretty impressed with how the truck ran and never even thought about posting this (because i don't condone it), until i saw him again yesterday and he had a "for sale" sign on the back of his truck Now odds are that one thing had nothing to do with another, but it was quite a coincidence. Maybe it's just me but i found that to be funny. sorry for the long post

that kinda reminds me of when i was in high school. i had a chevy 1ton crew cab 2wd 350 4spd man 3.73 rears. my neighbor owns a dirt pit/rock pit, etc, and at that time had mostly mack dump trucks. well his son about 6 or 7 yrs older than me came flyin up behind me with his pup trailer. i was doin 80 and saw him comin from behind real fast like, so i floored it and was at around 110 or so judging by a rough guestimate on the speed o, and he passed me literally like i was standin still. i couldnt believe it. anyhooo....................
