madhat's 'Promote your career' breakroom, 26 June-2 July
Evenin, fellow DTR faithful...
Going to Advanced (GySgt's (E-7) Course) next week, so I decided I'd make it the theme of the week... get promoted or get kicked out!!!!!! I love it.
Hope everyone has a great week this week. OL bought a new puppy this week, not sure what it is, so I'm gonna pay for it later.

Breakroom for woosies if you can handle it 6-26 to 7-3, 2011
I wish these nurses would stop poking at me in the wee hours.
I think I'll sneak out and go home. It's only across the street.
At least I can look out the window and admire my truck.

Evenin' All!
Been MIA cause it's summer and things are busy. Got a temporary promotion for the week to cover my boss. One of these days they'll have to make it permanent......
Good luck with the school Hat.
I see we have dueling breakrooms this week........

Getting ready to check out. Hey I just had a great idea. Since my lap top will work on the road, I can surf all the way back to Virginia while my son is driving.
Now to break out the BVD's.

Greetings from up here...eh.
Not much to report. A small transformer blew up...twice in the power room yesterday. Some light bulbs popped out of their receptacles and another large AC unit failed. Strange thing is the voltage to the roof top units is 176 to 195 and is supposed to be 208. Only one unit is running but the electrician said its strange its running and should have went into protection. Then he said...looks like there might be some new parts or complete units going in next week.
T storms for later today again.
Enjoy your week DTRonians.
I did get ahold of some cool ingredients for the Pho0o0 pot.
Its simmering, festering, bubbling and oozing.
Enjoy.

*SOMEONE* wasn't paying attention, that's how!
Morning.
Today is Sunday, June 26th.
On this day in 1804 - The Lewis and Clark Expedition reached the mouth of the Kansas River after completing a westward trek of nearly 400 river miles.
1819 - The bicycle was patented by W.K. Clarkson, Jr.
1844 - John Tyler took Julia Gardiner as his bride, thus becoming the first U.S. President to marry while in office.
1870 - The first section of the boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ, was opened to the public.
1894 - The American Railway Union called a general strike in sympathy with Pullman workers.
1917 - General John "Black Jack" Pershing arrived in France with the American Expeditionary Force.
1942 - The Grumman F6F Hellcat fighter was flown for the first time.
1948 - The Berlin Airlift began as the U.S., Britain and France started ferrying supplies to the isolated western sector of Berlin.
1951 - The Soviet Union proposed a cease-fire in the Korean War.
1959 - U.S. President Eisenhower joined Britain's Queen Elizabeth II in ceremonies officially opening the St. Lawrence Seaway.
1981 - In Mountain Home, Idaho, Virginia Campbell took her coupons and rebates and bought $26,460 worth of groceries. She only paid 67 cents after all the discounts.
1998 - The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that employers are always potentially liable for supervisor's sexual misconduct toward an employee.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Most of the dust particles in your house are dead skin.
Coffee and ph00 are ready. Bacon too.

Mornin.
As long as I was first, I don't care... hahaha...
Scotty, that chick is here right now, I've been meaning to ask her all weekend. I sent her the list when you sent it to me...
Puppy barked all night last night.... good thing I slept through most of it!

I wish I was as fine, as those who work the pipeline!
Good way to keep pup's from barking/whining when they are alone is to give them a shirt of yours that you have not washed. Makes em feel close to you.
There are those around here who may want to be more cautious with this idea though. Puppies are pretty tough, but nothin is that tough
Mornin peoples... Finally got some plants for around the back deck, not sure what we're gonna do after we get em planted...
Ya'll have yourself a fine day...

There is no G. There is no G. Repeat after me, THERE IS NO G!
Hello yall. Happy Sunday! Finally feels like a nice day that I feel like doing something.
Madhat, congrats on the pup. <-- you guys go through the trouble of adding cool smileys so I'll use them to show my appreciation. Oh also good luck with class. I'm sure you'll be celebrating at the end of it.
Polarco, jail break. Just do it. But put some pants on before you do. Running out of the hospital wearing only the gown and a pair of socks looks silly.

Let it sleep in your bed with you and Angie and it won't bark either! See how simple this stuff can be?
You're welcome.

Scott, don't send my your shirt, I don't want to kill him!
I'll get some up shortly... and I don't think so. Only one wiener dog in my bed at night...

Who said I was gonna send you a shirt? I only have 3 and I really can't afford to lose one. If I was down to 2, I'd have to do laundry more than once a month!
I helped! I agreed with you that we needed more! What more could you ask for?
Aww, you're no fun! You have to keep an open mind! Be receptive to new ideas and... oh nevermind.
