Brett, yes engine is decompressed a bit. No gauges to be installed.. I do have a rail pressure gauge that I will throw on there if I need too.. I think it will go with the sniff of ether though

Yeah kev, if it is decompressed with no grid heater, you are now officially apart of the ether spraying club.

Ether is typically a two person job. One hits the key, the other gives it a little snort.

If you're doing 130+ mph, gauges are your last concern, other than maybe oil pressure. Thats what the datalogger is for.

Oh and for start up the only gauge that is important is oil pressure, coolant temp is useful, but not essential.

Time to rig up an eletric ether setup. A friend has one in his bobcat.
