No headlights while moving...

Check the connectors for the bulbs. My front left one was corroded pretty bad and my lights were intermittent as well it would cause my relays to bounce in and out.

Found the issue, there was a lose wire that had come out of the connector n the steering column and oddly enough it had to be in the perfect tilt to come out and that happens to be where I put it to drive....anyway soldered back in and good to go thanks for the help guys, I was really looking for a excuse not to drive to yorkton to see the inlaws...
