we use grated up Irish spring bar soap in our camper to keep the buggers out. Take a couple bars and use a cheese grater to shred it and then spread it out all over in the trailer, camper and vehicle. when you go to use it next season you vacuum it out it breaks the little pieces and releases more scent into the space making it smell fresh. For around the shop we always had cats the trick is to find good mousers that like to hunt = no mice and less food to buy for them.

I'm going to go to UFA and see what they have....I forgot that I have two cars outside...I better plug the exhaust and motor vent pipe...Had a mouse fill my muffler and cyclinder head with canola seed on my snow machine when it was parked at the farm...

UFA has the bar-bait. Probably Wilsarin brand. They also have the little pellets that look like hamster food. You put the pellets in little black plastic houses.

Dave, a cheap and effective trick that has worked for us on the farm for years. Go buy thaose bounce sheets. Now not just regular ones, the cheap really stinky lavender ones from the dollar store. throw em everywhere. I used to have a mouse problem in my old Powerwagon every winter/spring in storage.
Problem solved, seriously. Cheap and easy. I also threw down some of those sticky traps from Walmart and they have never caught a mouse telling me that the dryer sheets work. Not even any mouse droppings or chewed up paper anywhere. It's worth a shot as it will be under $10.00.
Just my $.02... buddy. Good luck with them critters...
