Lots of spare front end parts, complete seal kits (engine, tranny, axles etc), various interior parts. Also I'd have a complete inventory of all the sensors on the trucks. Lots of filters too.

hmm I think i would start with some spare pistons and heads, complete seal kits, feul, air, oil filters. spare stock injectors especially for the common rail. a few vp44s, cp3s, feul pressure regulators. deisel feul additive assortment. spare common rail complete rebuilt engine as they seam to be pretty common to blow. a few fass sytems and factory pumps if this were a dealer. a majoryity of the seal and orings to sell individually. a few of the electric fan clutches, some timming cover cases. all the front end parts plus brake parts. axle seals, u-jionts, ujiont bolts and straps. I think i could make a pretty long list lol this would cover the basic stuff i would think

Don't forget assorted Downpipes for turbo swaps, nothings worse then having to run an open down pipe for a month and a half cause you cant find the one you need....
Like the others have posted above brakes and front end parts by the truck load!
Headlights/fog lights would be a good idea to have around, I think if I saw a new set to replace my nice yellow ones in any shop I've been to, I would have grabbed them in a heart beat.

Only issues I've had to date is alternators (2), VP44, fifth gear nut on the 4500, brakes, wheel and pinion seals on the rear end. So thats what I'd reccomend. Oh, and starters and contacts. Nothing starts a day quite like a truck that doesn't.

Hmm how big is that parts list? gunna cost more than a wilson alt? My alt sometimes won't put out for while in the morn, sometimes it sets a code and i have to restart the truck to get the alt to work. I've been trying to limp it along for while.
