Ill drive the distance for the service CT performance offers. He has treated me good. Also very helpful when it comes to any info a guy needs.

Well DPS is ok, But i know one to many people that have not had all that great of service from him. Plus hes a fair bit more expensive than any other shop. But its all personal preference.

If it's for Fleetguard filter's, Freightliner is the ticket. They are so much cheaper!!! I think Mopac sells AFE..

There are not any good shops in Calgary. I have been to both listed and I hate it when they spend my time bashing thier competitors instead of being honest with me. My time is important, don't waste my time on your petty differences, I don't care. Perhaps they have grown up since then.

YES on the AFE----3102A 80 Ave SE----236-9444,call Airdog direct(Pure Flow Technologies---site sponsor/vendor)ask for Charlie or his cell number and he will ship on direct to you(499.00 on sale)even comes with a lifetime warrenty.I talked to him last week with a concern that i bought one of his earlier pumps(3-4yrs ago) that may have problems if it ever became submerge,i just wanted piece of mind that it would be Ok to still run this pump----he gave me his word that "if" i ever have a failure i would be covered/taken care of no matter what---Gotta love a vendor who still willing to stands behinds his product/and take the time to address your concerns 3-4 years later---very rare these days.

When I went to them for my FASS system, they treated me good until they ordered the wrong part (they ordred just a 18psi pump, I wanted 45psi pump/filter setup). At that point, when I gave them the part number for what I wanted, he started telling me that I don't need that, that the Walbros have done this, blah blah blah. I was under the impression he thought I didn't know anything and had money to burn, neither which are the case. Ended up going to PDR in BC for it. I'd rather deal with freight and brokerage and get better service and prices from the american vendors.

Amen brother.. I went there and got some filters, gotta be at least 25% cheaper than at UFA. Great guys in RD too, found my 12V lift pump screen kit...DC $45...Freightliner $6.50!!!

IMHO, if you know the parts you want specificly, deal with reputable vendors on this site. I have never had an issue with shipping or other than Customs once. Unfortuanately, finding a "good" performance shop is getting harder and all the originals I deal with are on the West coast. But PEAK shipped my stuff to me in 3 days on the BUS, no hassle. Stuff I couldn't get here anyway though.

RD has its fair share of scalpers taking in the oil money. Do your research.

Tate, the educated customers are in the minority in the local market IMHO... We tell them what we want and they think you're from the moon. When I ordered my TAG III, I was trying a local vendor that is listed on their site. The phone jockey didn't have a clue of what I was talking about. Ordered directly from Bryan at DPP, no hassle.

Just ordered my fluid damper from Harry at Peak Diesel, here in 3 days---he even covered the shipping cause the website gave me few problems.I'll gladly deal with him again-----most places around Calgary don't carry or stock a lot of the parts/performance stuff i'v installed on my ride so i go direct to the manufacturer or a decent shop/distributor and price is almost cheaper to buy off the net than in town here.
