I'v been told you can weld stanless with a regular mig useing wire ment for steel, but it will rust cus its regular steel in the weld and prbably not as strong as using the proper wire for stainless.
I would try the afe exhuast its pretty cheap, cost around the same as mbrp aluminized but its stainless. IT'll still rust, but i think it'll take longer to rust a hole though than the aluminized. NADP was selling it, probably still are. I've done a few they fit pretty good, not as good as MBRP though

Does it look something like this?
i fished that turbine wheel out fron the base of the stack, after it when through the resonator/ and down the s-pipe down tube.
AND.........the compressor wheel spun just fine on the other side of this. didn't damage the blades at all.........

How did it break? Compressor surge and/or overspeed? I can't see the pictures but thats what usually kill things. How dirty is the filter? Another turbo killer.

Luke, you have anymore pics? Are the turbine blade tips scored? How heavy? That shaft looks nasty badly twisted piece, I wonder if the compressor was surge and turbine blades were smashed turbine housing going at around 100k cpm. Any compressor pics?
