As of now both Dana 70s I have are pooched in some way and the repair bill is silly I need a Dana 70 or 80 that will bolt into my truck or if newer minor mods

.... oh and the one has a speed sleeve that failed too. out of the four axle stubs 3 are grooved really bad

both of the stubs have serious grooves in them and the drums are out of round which i knew all a long ( previous owner forgot the E brake on ) About the best part of the dif is the ring and pinion Its just a open one

And the other one we cracked open the one stub is grooved one is good but the ring and pinion look frosty and there is no grab to the posi what so ever so I have 2 dana 70 and not enough parts to build one good one

lol nope hubs on my axle are not true, the hubs on the donor are cracked and chipped. my Banjo the carrier has bolts broken and the grooves are serious, I maybe could speedi sleeve them again but doubt they will last
The donor axle has one badly grooved axle stub and the posi Carrier has no posi left we can move it back and fore by hand and the ring and pinon in it is frosty colored look kinda wierd ... My ring and pinion in mine is poor usable in a pinch

you can see it they are so bad , I figured they were bad but was hoping it was bad bearings my buddy who took it for a ride early this week suggested that i had driven the truck with the e brake on and gotten them really till i told him that that is how the truck was when i got it oh plus the hubs are different the one is older and the other looks smaller and has a huge weight on it

it was on jack stands and put it on gear and put a straight edge on it you could see it Bobbing up and down
