Thinking, but only thinking, about maybe a 2013 ST 3500.... Can anyone out there in cyberspace tell me if the ST seats are comfortable over the long haul? I have the truck in my signature - had to add padding to the seat bottom within the first year, and then had to replace the lumbar support after one of my 350 lb. friends used by truck... Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the ST seats, with their limited adjustments, are OK. I really can't see spending 4 or 5 K more for an SLT when I can get most of what I want in an ST with the exception of the power seats....

 

I have an 11 3500 ST in my signature. The seats are the identical seats less the lumbar and power provisions. The seats work out good for me, and I had a previous SLT with power seats. Once a wrecked SLT hits the local yards, and if I still have the truck, I will look for the power seat for the truck...apparantly the body computer is the same for all of the 2500-3500 trucks...and I think I have a wiring harness there under the seat already...just a matter of telling the truck it is there....like I did with the keyless entry fob.

 

Agree with palomino, my wife has an ST with the appearance package. I don't anticipate issues with the seats as they are powerless versions of the SLT seats. Have 6,500 miles on the truck and couldn't tell it was even used.
