Brake issues

I have been trying to troubleshoot the issues I’m having with my 2017 ram 2500 for about five months, and would appreciate some help.
My problems started after replacing the brakes and rotors. I noticed the first problem after I got cut off while driving, forcing me to lock the brakes up. The truck stopped fine, but once I had stopped, the brakes stay locked up and would not release immediately how they should. The brakes remained so locked up that while trying to accelerate to get back up to speed, the truck was bogging down and spooling up the turbo as if I was pulling heavy. It probably took them 1/4 mile to finally go back to normal. I then noticed at red lights or stopped signs when I would let off the brake to let the truck idle forward slightly. The brakes would not release and progressively got worse over time with hearing the brakes pushed against the rotors while I was driving down the road. A couple of weeks later, I noticed my brake pressure was very inconsistent. The brake pedal would go from being extremely tight to no pressure at all. When the pressure would go away, I would have to put my foot under the pedal and pull up to make my brake lights go off.
My traction control light has only come on once, and every now and then, when I start the truck up, it will display a message that says “service ABS system,” but when using an OBD2 computer that supports ABS codes, I get no codes.
I replaced the brake booster a couple of days ago and drove the truck from Georgia to Myrtle beach. I had zero issues with brake pressure fluctuation until about 200 miles in. I slightly lost brake pressure but not nearly as bad, and it would recover from the issue much faster than it did previously. The problem persisted the rest of the trip but went away after the truck was parked overnight. Now I only have the problem when I have been driving for an extended time.
I have already paid to replace the brake booster, and as I said, it did help but did not completely fix it, I am coming here to try and keep from throwing money at it blindly.

Going to take a wild guess at a possible cause. Is it possible that while you had the brakes apart that one or more hoses got damaged and caused the liner to come detached? If so, then maybe the loose liner is acting as a one way valve and preventing the pressure from being released. Next time this happens, stop and do a quick check on each wheel and see if one or more wheels in the brake area are considerably hotter than the rest. Do you have a laser thermometer? Maybe change all 4 hoses anyway. Yes, will admit that this is throwing parts at your truck and hoping something sticks, but this is a cheap and easy fix. Buy the hoses from Rock Auto.
