Better get the Chysler vehicle that you want pretty quick, unless its white, silver, or grey. We were told today that we couldnt order any other colors because of the japan tsunami.

yea dont know exaclty how, but thats what chysler told us

 

its not just chrysler either. many manufactures get their paint from overseas locations. japan just happened to be a major supplier.

have a good friend working for toyota, they have paint issues right now too and are limited to colors

 

We don't make paint here in America anymore? Disgusting

 

Its almost to the point where we dont even make Americans in America any more.

I placed my order on March 22 and got a call about 2 weeks ago that the color I ordered (rugged brown) was not available due to the problems in Japan. I dont remember which colors I was allowed to select from but the only one I liked from them was white so I am waiting for it to come in. Getting a little antsy now.

 

Glad I got Deepwater Blue Pearl when I did. Sucks having no color selections. On a side note, Harley Davidson touring bikes will have no radios for 2012 until the parts are available again. This is nuts!
