The C-pillar definately takes some getting used to and it is a huge blind spot. The backup camera is a lifesaver for that situation. I too wish the longbed was offered from the factory, but it is hard enough to find parking for this beast as it is

I saw a older fuurd in a auto parts store parking lot yesterday. It was the old four door model, four full size doors +, with long engine hood and a 8 foot dually bed. It stuck out into the traffic flow at least 2-3 feet.

Before I give you the impression that it was ugly, let me add how cool looking it was.

It had been chopped, slammed, and was fully dressed. The paint was a lime green base with a geometric air brushed pattern in a darker color. I'm not sure what kind of motor was in it, but it did have short stacks sticking up from the bed.

One other thing that cought my eye as we drove past, was a fifth wheel hitch in the back. This thing was so low, and had such low profile tires, I really am dubious that it could pull any weight, but there it was.

Not the list of "upgrades" most of us here would pursue, but it was more truck than a lot of the urban cowbuy rides you see.

Blind spot?? Isn't that what tow mirrors are for

I would take a 10' bed if they offered it...Crew Cab 10' would be sweet!

I need to wash my truck tomorrow!
