Hi all got a 2010 3500 c&c 6 speed with an aluminum flat bed hauling an aluminum 24 ' cattle trailer and only getting 10 mpg and not tremendous power looking into getting a egr block off kit dpf delete and a tuner for more power and clear the codes for the dpf and egr what would you guys suggest that would give me some power but also improve fuel economy i have a edge ez module in the 2003 2500 and that works good but im willing to try another programmer. Wheres a good spot to buy the complete bundle and input is much appreciated

 

I believe H&S is the only company out there right now that will do everything you want. I have seen some post about SMARTY coming out with one that should meet your requirements but don't know of a date. Banks has also said that they are producing one for march of this year, but that is to be seen. Best of luck with your search, lets us know what you come up with and how well it works out.

 

You can also go with the smarty, but in my opinion H&S is the best way to go. I have the black maxx with overdrive tranny tune, egr and dpf deletes, and an AFE intake. I love the results thus far and H&S is a great company when it comes to customer service.
I can get 22mpg hand calculated through the mountains of CO unloaded and 14.5-15.5 depending on how I am driving with a 14', 7k lb wells cargo type windsail behind me. PM me if you have any questions.

do all of the tuners work on chassis cab trucks as well as those with beds? i would suspect the overdrive software would not work with the Aisin trans, but I'm sure we'll hear more!

 

I am not sure about the trans tune and the Aisin transmission. I cannot imagine it works on both transmissions but I guess calling H&S would be the best thing to do.
