Death Wobble Came Back!

I have a 2010 mega cab 2500,6.7. I started getting the death wobble so I replaced the ball joints. Still had it. I then had dodge change the recall tie rods , so I changed the drag link and pitman arm. still did it. I installed 2 steering stabilizers. still did it. The truck was lifted so I took the lift off and is stock height now. still did it. I put a steering gearbox brace kit on. still doing it. The only thing I haven't changed is the steering gearbox. I got the stock parts to lower my truck off a 2013. I tried the pitman arm off the 2013 and it was different. should I get a newer gearbox off a2013 or a 2010. please help I am afraid of wrecking

Most cases of death wobble I've seen were caused by tires. Mostly D rated tires or BFG AT KO's really seem to be the common denominator.

Tire condition and balance is critical and BFG KO tires seem to be part of the problem frequently.

I just purchased a 2014 Ram 3500 4x4 and have a slight driveline vibraton, looking at each of the optional 20" rims they are all heavyweighted on one side. Going to see if I can get them to spin the tires on the rims 180 and then re balance. Hope that works, the vib happens from takeoff up to 75 mph.

The 2010 steering gear was an upgrade from previous years and has a slightly larger pitman arm. If you have a lot of side to side play while driving down the highway it may well be your steering gear. I had the wander from day two (didn't notice it day one). I isolated it to my steering box after making some adjusments to it. I got an upgraded (internal parts) from red heads. There is no play at all in my steering now. How is your alignment? Also a great upgrade (later on) are some control arms. I got some Spohn control arms which made a big improvement over stock.
