I found it on the internet - 2010 manual with the color combo I wanted.
I e-mailed the dealer, got a return phone call. They had eight 2010 manuals still on the lot and wanted them gone. $6000 difference "out the door" between my '08 GMC 2500HD ccsb 2WD with 31K and this new Ram 2500 Big Horn ccsb 4WD. For a few dollars more, they delivered it to my driveway and picked up my trade. I've bought and sold a ton of trucks in my time, but this was by far the easiest deal I've ever been involved with. I'm still sort of stunned over the whole thing to be honest.

I have been keeping track of my milage by hand and I an getting 15.5-16 mpg (figured with a canadian gallon) and that is with all of the winter idling and have 8000km on it. So I am hoping it gets better in a few months once the snow is gone.
