Yeah for Pacbrake!
A week or two ago I broke a brass fitting on the tank of my Pacbrake exhaust brake while offroading. I bottomed over some whoops so hard it forced the top of the tank into the frame and snapped a fitting. Anyway, after trying to fix it quickly with the junk from Home Depot and Lowes and failing over and over again I finally called Pacbrake today to order parts.
So I talk with Jim, tell him what I need, and he tells me he'll just send the entire fitting kit they supply with the tank upgrade and 6 feet of air line for free! That right there is fantastic customer service!

Gotta give more props to Pacbrake. Asked them for advice regarding a leaking quick coupler and they're sending me a new one! Again they have demonstrated the type of customer service that will not only keep me as a customer but will make me recommend them to everyone.
