Won't Enter Customer Learn Mode
2008 Ram 3500. Two programmed keys on hand. Attempting to enter the Customer Learn Mode in order to program in a 3rd key. After having the 2nd key in the ON position for 10 seconds (and longer), the truck never enters the Customer Learning Mode. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know of a fix? I'm a locksmith and none of our documentation has anything about this. This is a customer's truck and I've never encountered this before with any Chrysler vehicle.
