Window Motor

How hard is it to replace the motor for power windows. I am comtemplating doing this myself since my warranty coverage has a $100 co pay. Or is it even worth it to try it myself. I welcome and appreciate the opinions.

TIA,
Chad

May not be too much of a comparison....Had to replace one on my F150 in January. Cost $75 for the motor from Ford & ~2hrs time. Was not too difficult, but I do all maintenance on my vehicles, except trans flush and alignments.

If you can afford to not have your truck for 1-2 days, You may be better off handing it to the dealer.
