One of mine is an 05 with 100,000+ miles. Coil failure and electrical problem.
The other 05 has 45,000 miles. Head unit controller quit working. Still haven't figured out either one.

yep, mine crap on a stick. I don't know on an average day if mine will actually blow or not. I have to tap on the motor to get it started. Been "fixed" by the dealer at least 8 times and still doesn't cool. One thing that dodge has never done right...

110k on my 06 A/C problems started right out of the chute. Recirc door fell out about 1 day after warranty. I have had a new compressor installed @ 80k
(2 yrs old) 2 leaks fixed and the tipm had to be reset. Right now I have the "manifold hose assy" leak... the part by the way, is on national backorder
I guess a lot of these pipes must be failing.
I think there should be a class action lawsuit....

06 with 42000 miles, a/c currently not working... leaking evap and condenser, as per dealers diagnosis, who knows what else is actually wrong with it... and these repairs are quoted $1800. No A/C SUCKS!!!

I blocked the outside/recirc door in the recirc positon til I have time to fix it. I don't get air to the defrost or floor and the passenger side is warmer so I know there are several problems. Craig

...not sure what`s going on with mine yet. It cools when it wants to , sometimes it feels like it`s making ice cubes , other times it`s blowing like the A/C is off , and just the fan is blowing ...`04.5 Laramie w/59K miles
