If you are wanting that much height, I would only run the Kelderman air ride system. THat is what I have planned. quality and ride and customer service are all there.

I hear whiplash is garbage. If you want to go that high and not spend an arm and a leg check out full throttle's kits, I've seen a few trucks around here and they look great.

Break out the checkbook on that one!

Not sure on exact cost, but I know they arent cheap, but from what I hear, great quality. Shoot a PM to Jeff K, I think he has their setup on his truck...

My lift is listed as 8", but adjusted to about 10. In my opinion way better built than the Whiplash and Full Throttle kits. Kind of like the kelderman without the air, rides really nicely and I would be surprised to see someone break it.

To be honest I got the tires before the lift. We got the lift on with the old 35's and were "this thing is huge!". Flipped the tires on to find out they are too small. The truck is about 10" up so there is a boatload of room. My buddy may buy my tires next month though so I can get another set in a larger size. I miss your old "man van" Shane, hopefully the "big truck bug" bites again! That is why I like the lift though, it'll clear what the Whiplash and Full Throttle kits will clear, but this kit is super beefy. I was kind of worried about towing with the radius rear, but I have had people look and asure me that it is "good to go"!

Yeah I miss my old truck to an extent.. As much as I get in and out of my trucks it's just a pain.. I may do something with my new "manvan" but 4" at most.. Sucks having it as a work/family truck!! I really like XLR8R's truck.. 37's and leveled.. I am leaning towards 3" in back 2" inrear and 37's!!! I helped my employee put a 6" on his ferd and boy was I missing the old truck!! Just not $400 a tire!!

Shane,

Throw up a pic of the "manvan" I have never seen it. Sounds interesting.

Doesn't it defeat the purpose of having a 3/4 ton? I mean how usable is it?

as usable as before, pulls my big boat, my 20ft enclosed trailer and does it well. not to mention it is still a diesel.. not a wimpy half ton that would be affected by a lift like this. you can tow all day long.......
