where to get a srt-10 hood?

just as the title says. anybody know where to get an srt-10 hood and get it for cheap?

From what I've checked out, it's a little cheaper to get it at the dealer. I checked dodgeparts.com and they have the unit at a cheaper price until you add in shipping. I asked the parts guy at the dealer their price and the unit price was a little more but the delivery was free to the dealership.

Cheapest way is to wait around for a used one to come up for sale in the classifieds. Of course, finding one the color you need is the biggest obstacle. I found my hood and then got a new truck to put under it. I'm on my second truck under this hood now...

Dealer is the most reliable way.

They tend to be pretty scarce any cheaper than that

600 bones plus tax was what I paid.
Another $300 for paint and install at their paint facility.
Sold my stock hood for $250.

got mine at the dealer for 650 plus 300 to match the paint and install. Sold my stock hood for 300 to the secretary at the dealership cause her husband totalled the hood on their truck.

I got my SRT-10 hood put on this week. It looks frickin' great. The guy who installed it is looking for a billet insert for me to match my grille. I will get some pics up in a few days.

gotta try and same money somewhere but is still want something thats in good shape.

i read a post a couple weeks back that the guy said he could get them for 200. anybody know anything about this?

Ahhh.. I see, that may indeed be the case... $200 seems almost too good to be true.

Might have been talking about my post.Got mine for $200 off of craigslist.Alot of people got confused because in the same post I also said to contact dtr member ratlratl about a price on one.Super nice guy to deal with.Said he got 20 calls for a $200 srt hood!
