Wheel spec question

Hey guys sorry for this, but I got a question about wheel specs.
I really like the Ultra Predator wheels and have found specs for them.
I wanted a 17" but they are all 10" wide. 18's are 9" wide. Here is
a link to the specs. Which would i most likely have the least trouble with rubbing? I am not leveled but might be persuaded to be if i need to for the wheels ....http://www.newsouthwheel.com/Platinu...or8_detail.asp

You should go with the 18's. With a 9'' wide wheel and 5.5" BS the outside of the wheel will stick out 1.5" further than the stock wheel. If you go to a 10" wheel and 4.5" BS the wheel will stick out 3.5" further which means your tires will probably rub really bad. I would stick with the 18s. With that setup you should be able to run 35s with just a leveling kit.

I was thinking of the BFG TA 305/65/18 just a tad shy under 34. If I rub, Iwill a 2" leveling kit.

Well, the size and backspacing on the following wheel are good, but the bolt pattern and center bore is for Fords.

287-8987C 18x9 6 1/8 32 8on170 89-0402 5.27"

If you can get that wheel with an 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern I think it will be perfect for a 305/65-18.

Those will work, but they'll stick out a bit. Mine stick out about an inch and I have 5.71" backspacing, but I am running a wider tire. If you don't mind that they'll work just fine.

Thanks for your help. Since I have the fender flares, i don't think an inch will kill me, better yet kill the paint. Thanks again

Just call me Pauly Almighty! Just kidding, don't call me that!

I'll tell you what, my last previous truck (Titan) and my current ride both required special attention when it came to wheel and tire fitment. With a little effort both of these trucks could stuff big tires with little lift. My Titan had 35" tires with only 3-1/2" of lift with zero rubbing. But like our Rams, with the wrong wheel this won't happen. While researching what would fit I have learned a ton.

Yep, wen't by "ptgarcia" over there, also. Had an early build black '04 SE crew cab 2wd off-road. Loved that truck, but it just can't tow/haul like my Megacab.
