When I had new tires put on they torqued them to 135 ftp.
When I change over in the spring I torque them to 90 ftp.

Check the owners manual. I know for a 2500, it's 130 ft-lbs for steel wheels.

I think that it's 160 ftp for a dually.

Single rear wheel is 120 to 150 being 135 midway. Duallys are 10 higher or 130 to 160 being 145 midway.

I have never put a torque wrench on a lug nut in my entire life and I have never had a single problem with lug nuts coming loose or cracking wheels or anything like that. Just use an impact wrench and you'll be fine.
