Wheel Help

So, I didn't check the lug nut torque on my '03 2500 after having it in for service. Driving to work six weeks later, my truck started sounding all clunky. I'd check it out when I got home from work. On the way home, however, I started to loose steering control. This is what I found:

That was on my rear tire. Needless to say, the wheel is toast and I need to get a new one. I'm pretty sure that it's aluminum, but looking through the parts lists, I'm seeing at least 5 different types of aluminum wheels with a size of 17 X 8.0 (I'm assuming this is the correct wheel size.) There are WF4 (before and after 12-13-20), WF5 (before and after 12-13-02), and WFV.

Which one is the correct one, and are the dates based on manufacture date of the wheel? The truck?

Thanks

Those are the satin silver alloys that was an option on the early third gen trucks. 17"x8" is correct. Not sure on the sales code but they can be found on ebay for around $100. Also check with local used tire/rim shops for takeoffs.
