What's up with the seat bracket rust?

Did they just forget to paint these things? Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. You get what you pay for!

Anyone painted the seat frames? Guess I will do that when I have the seats out for the leather install.

Dodge sure knows how to cut corners.

You know those chrome 'kid seat' brackets between the back seat cushions.

Kid spilled a gatorade and the thing rusted in the 2 days it took me to notice it had got wet.

And that's chrome plated, good God!
