what is this part.
It is on the passanger side tie rod. About 8-12in away from the caliper. There is a bushing there. What is the bushing called. The bushing had greese in it but sence the guy that owned the truck before me does not understand TQ specs the thing is crushed.

That's just the sleeve where you can adjust that bar... You are referring to # 2 right??
If your steering wheel sits off to one side then that sleeve can be turned to lengthen or shorten the bar which in turn will center it again...

I am not sure, but your picture does not look like the third gen trucks.
From your descpription, I thinking of four things. One is a Steering control Idler, Control Arm Bushing, Adjustment Sleeve, or the Stabalizer Bar End link or bushing.

If you're talking about where #1(outer tie rod) and #3(center link) come together I don't think there is a specific name for it other than a bushing, and I don't think it's replaceable by itself. You'll probably need to purchase the R outer tie rod or the center link(whichever has the bushing) as a whole to replace it.
