As far as Mega's go I only like the Mega Dually. And as far as Duallys go I like the Mega, but I'm indifferent really... Depends a lot on what I'd be using it for.

I'm actually kinda regreting not buying a mega dually .

The wheelbase is 181" on a Megacab Longbed. Thats all I know on the measurements. Not sure what the bumper to bumper length is, though.

Ive been doing the home work (best I can), the stock mega short bed is 22' and some change and the Mega cab long bed (to the max) is 24' and some change...... I have seen both next to each other and they are both big to start off with because I was concerned on it being just too BIG.. All though its about 24" longer its not that big of a deal, no pun intended. The look and what you can do with the Mega Cab with the long bed far out weights the extra 24" for "us"...... and the LOOK,,,,,, OMG.... The look is the BEST darn looking truck on the market.... LOVE IT!!! Just my .02

well if you look at the truck as a whole i'd have to go with the quad. however i really like the looks of the bed on the mega. i think the flares are different, in a good way, not like the longbox dually's. like so many other people were saying a mega-long box is the way to go, but if i had the money i wouldn't mind having a QCLB with the mega-cab flares on it... i think that would look pretty sweet.

I like the Mega cab but not the dually version.

For some reason, those smaller rear doors on the Quad cab really make the dually looks wise.

IMO of course.

What's your opinion?
Here is what I was talking about.. Just IMOP this is the coolest 'look'... This is Keddel's truck from www.megacablongbed.com This is the look that im working towards....

I like that conversion truck long beds and the quad cab long beds. I dont care for the fenders on the mega cab short beds. they look like a trash can someone cut in half.

I agree. I've always said Dodge should have made a true crew cab/long bed to begin with. The mega is nice, but more than I need or really want....but the bed is way too little for what I really need and want.

IMHO the Dodge Megacab dually is the best looking truck out there, hands down! The throw back fenders are mean looking if you ask me. If I could have justified buying an extra pair of tires, I'd have bought one for the looks alone. Makes for a musclebound look.
