Whacky Wipers
Every now and then, the wipers on my truck will take a swipe without prompting. Unlock the door with key fob, sit in seat, just going down the road. No rhyme or reason... one swipe, then park.
I've tried jiggling the multi switch while moving the wheel, tilting... everything I can think of.
Stopped by *********** to ask, he looked at me like I'd been smokin sumthin.
Found one other post like this and no responses.
Anyone else seen this??

I have the same problem. They have a mind of their own, wipe 2x when I kick it on once...
It's been doing that for about 3 years now... nothin. Dealer said that he could not duplicate...
If it gets bad, I'm gonna wire in a toggle switch for power to the wiper motor, and only kick it on when I want it to come on.

DTR's 'Go to Guy'
Typically , the mystery wiper issues have been in the multifunction switch for me. Working for the dealer ( way back when! LOL ) I replaced a LOT of them. Easy fix fellas. Give it a whirl if it bugs ya enough.

Just a plain ole guy
My BIL had a "76 Chevy. It did this once about every 10 minutes the entire time he owned it, which was about 10 years. His Chevy dealer replaced every single part multiple time but never fixed it. We got to where it became funny and he didn't want it fixed any more. He went thru alot of wiper blades but his window allways seemed to be clean.
