Then you haven't looked into too many 315's or 35's.

BTW, I've got 36k km's (22,600 miles) and they have 7/32 - 10/32" left on them, they had 16/32 new. So I don't know, looks like I should get 35k miles outa them?

I've never had a problem with them, picked up a screw in one of them, that's the only flat I've had. Drive with them at 45 in the rear empty, 55 up front, when I'm loaded up they're all at max. I've weighed m rear axle at over 7,000 pounds so the 3640 pounds these are rated for works well.
(Lotsa 315/70R17's are only rated for 3200 pounds so I wouldn't be much interested in those.)
I noticed the outside of the front tires seem to be wearing a little, thought I needed an alignment but another Vortrac owner told me that's normal for these tires..?

I complained to Interco about the wear, they told me I'd get my next set at half price. Not sure if I wanna go that route, if I do it'll be with stock wheels, with my H2's they rub my mud flaps when I turn hard and that's with longer CA's.
I wish the wet traction was better.

I've heard mixed reviews about Nitto Terra Grapplers, they make an E rated 305/70R17 that are 34" tall and rated for 3640 pounds. Anyone got any advice on these?

What you gonna get next Tex?

Well Im riding on four brand new Vortracs right now. It will be some time before I look into tires again unless these come apart as well. I think it has alot to do with the truck sitting so long while I was deployed. It did get driven but only once a week or so. Plus, Interco told me these tires are not performing well in hot climates, its over 110 in the summer here.

Did they give you some kinda deal on the new ones?
(I'm guessing yes since you previously said you'd never buy them again?)

When I bought the tires, I bought the warranties for $30 a piece. So yeah, I got $1500 worth of tires for $120. Even though they are not great tires, I got a good deal. I wanted to sell them but found no interest in them localy.
