VEHICLE SPEED sensor output for aftermarket Nav unit

go to www.dodgebodybuilders.com
and down load the files, and open 8W-80, and it has K75 as the VSS circuit.



K75 18DB/OR VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL NO. 1

K75 = PCM circuit # 75
18 = 18 gauge wire
DB/OR = Dark Blue / Orange
VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL NO. 1 = Noun name of the signal

BL BLUE
BK BLACK
BR BROWN
DB DARK BLUE
DG DARK GREEN

OR ORANGE

RD RED
TN TAN
VT VIOLET
WT WHITE
YL YELLOW
* WITH TRACER

DESCRIPTION - CIRCUIT FUNCTIONS
All circuits in the diagrams use an alpha/numeric code to identify the wire and it’s function. To identify which circuit code applies to a system, refer to the Circuit Identification Code Chart. This chart shows the main circuits only and does not show the secondary codes that may apply to some models.


someone can put this in the WIKI or FAQ or whatever.

it took me forever to find it....

where in the harness would you find the wire?

I believe mine was tied in on the driver side wheel well to the harness.

8W-80 is the connector pin out, of all connectors

if you have not downloaded those PDF wiring diagrams, from the dodgebuilders site, i would recommend it, because they only keep 3 years worth on there.

is it found on about 4 connectors

it's pin 22 on C130 (the BIG connector under the dash)
