Turn signals flash very slooow

Another problem on my trip, my turn signals (and flashers) decided to flash very very slow when cycling them. This just happened to be when I previously put the "tow" program back into my truck from my Superchips Flashpaq, due to a cruise control surge problem in the "performance mode".

I have already put the stock program back in now, but they still flashed slow.

I did notice when the key was off, the flashers worked normal, but when the key was turned on they went back to flashing slow.

Any like experiences with this problem?

I encountered this after disconnecting my batteries for some maintenance. I run the Smarty Jr. I returned to the stock setting then reprogrammed to the perfomance setting and everything went back to normal.

I hope this helps
