Its .2 PER SIDE! Just called a buddy who books warranty at a D.C. dealer.The manufactures usually don't have a thing thats .2 so I thought I'd check.

Ck again my friend.......D/C also has .1 labor ops.Times they are a changing.Mercedes has not been kind!

Gadgetman is that 05 the result of a buy back?

The only thing I've ever seen at .1 was for administative time.Even then techs do quite well.A NUMBER I worked with made 60k plus a year and on down the line.They had homes,boats,kids,drag cars,Harleys and usually a fairly new vehicle or two.As I said did better then LOTS of the folkes who's vehicles they were working on.Most make REAL GOOD MONEY.

Speaking of the tsb w/strips on "A" posts,my 05 does the same thing my 04 did,and on the 04 i did the tsb and it didn't change anything.Have you heard if they'll actually "FIX" this ever?

Well, I can't say how many times they have chanded the weatherstrip for this TSB, but with the TSB completion that I had done last week, there is no way that the door will rub it anymore. It was a complete redesign on the weatherstrip.
