The AUTO high idle is on ALL 3rd generation trucks(03 up).The RAMP up idle feature through the cruise buttons is on 04 up autos and NOW if a clutch switch or a pin bypass on the ecm it will work on the 6 speeds (04 up)also.Do a SEARCH function.Lots of reading about the pin being grounded or the clutch switch for 6 speeds.

You can!
I have the detailed instructions printed out here on my desk, just need to find time to get it over to the dealer.

Mine high idled last winter at anything below about 35-40 degrees. I never plug it in though. We've had temps around that a few times this year but it hasn't high idled even though i was kind of expecting it to. Well we got our first real cold snap a couple days ago (~20*) and the truck has been sitting outside and not run in a couple days. (drive a company vehicle) well got in last night, waited for the grid heaters and cranked it up - went to 1000 rpms immediately - for the first time since I installed the intake and lost the muffler. Sounded like a jet warming up for take-off!
