Thumbs down Transfer switch light comes on in park???

Once and a while when the truck is running in park in two wheel drive the transfer switch light ( red dot on dash , not at the switch ) comes on and the engine quits. I usually have to move the key back to off and wait a minute and then the motor starts. I have a 2005 dodge 3500 extended cab cummins loaded etc. Anybody heard of this??

Sounds like it might be the security system light coming on and killing the engine.

The only indicator lights for the transfer case is the '4x4 / low' light and the 'service 4x4' light.
