Trailer left blinker and brake light out
My left trailer turn signal, hazards, and brake lights are out when using the 7-pin connector. The left parking light is fine and the right side works fine. I've hooked up three different trailers and have the same problem. Today, I took a smaller trailer and hooked it up to the 4-way tucked under the truck and it worked fine. So I'm thinking my problem has to be between the 4-way and 7-way, or the 7-way plug itself? All fuses look good and I've swapped the left and right 15 Amp fuses with the same results. Truck lights work just fine. I’ve checked all wires from the fuse box to the plug and nothing appears pinched. I’m going to buy a light tester now to see if I’m getting power to the 7-way. Is the wiring from the fuse box to the 4-way and 7-way plugs the same or are they both homeruns?

Yes... It should be going to the same wire. It goes through the dash and then to the fuse box. When you get a test light >> Find where the yellow in the four way connects to the wire loom and then trace it to the 7pin Check with the blinker on and not the hazzards so you don't get a false reading off of the wrong wire.
I have a similar problem... My right side is completely out except for the running lights and I have not been able to fix it. I jumpered the blinkers from the truck tail lights and cut the home run on the trailer wiring to force the blinkers to work, but I still don't have right brake lights.
Good Luck!
