Thinking of selling my truck

Thinking of selling the truck in my sig. 09' Mega cab. Love the truck just tired of paying for it. Got a great deal on it and 0% interest and I feel I would be making a mistake by getting rid of it. Plus I would still need a truck to tow a 35' fifth wheel. Frustrated and not sure what to do. Should have never sold my 24v haha

0% interest is hard to beat. I would keep the truck if I could, but just me

0% is free money from the bank. Keep it and pay it off quickly as possible.

Ditto the above comments. Also, if you sell it, you might as well sell the fiver as well because a gasser won't pull it.

0%?? Keep it. Like already said, free money borrowed.

To expand the discussion, what would you do if you sold it? Do you have an option for a truck already?

Keep it, I am paying 3% and hate it. You will keep this truck for a long time after paying it off. I also tried to downsize to 2 wheel drive and hated that so went back to 4, and a bigger payment of course. Wish I would have just trusted myself in the beginning and played it smart, bought the truck I wanted and did not have to start over in payments. Seems like you have, I know payments suck, but you will have smaller ones but half the quality and needs. Especially if you have a 5er, sounds like quite the pair. Best of luck with your decisions, and think it through

Thanks for the opinions guys. Also I don't absolutely have to tow the 5'er. It is my dads and my brother a has a dmax and we go back and forth towing it. I just Hate towing with his truck haha. If not worried about the 5'er I would try to find a 12v or maybe another 24v. Tough decision but good news is I don't have to sell the truck so I am in no rush to make a decision

There is no better vehicle for the money on the planet to do this job. Any money savings would be lost by using a lesser vehicle.

But, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong

just remember that buying a used 12v or 24v might not be without some pains.... these trucks are getting a ton of miles, most are modded, so you may end up with somebodys headache...

All opinions appreciated guys! My sister in law's grandparents have a 98 3500 12v with 105k miles on it and I know it is and always has been bone stock. I could most likely pay cash for it as well. Towing with it might be interesting tho. With a couple mods could be a nice truck with no monthly payments. Question tho, I live in California and it is a 98 but a 12v, so does it have to be smogged???

I'm curious as to why you hate towing with it?

Hate is a strong word maybe. Strongly dislike after towing with mine would best describe it. Shifts way to much and does not have the power mine does on the hills plus seats are uncomfortable for me. This is just my opinion, he absolutely loves it. To each his own right.

Walks,

If I remember correctly, I thought there was an unlimited mileage warranty given to Dodge truck buyers in 2009 ? or was it 2010..?
If there is an unlimited warranty I might consider changing my name and buying the truck from you.
Bob

PS Wait a minute, There some names that just will not work for me,
Barack
(any spelling),
Clinton,
Carter,
Reid or
Mr. Pelosi.
