Ok heres the story. I hit a split rail fence at my moms with my rear door and part of the bed. I ended up with a pretty good dent and some scratches. My dads' friend owns a body shop so I let him fix it, they repainted the bed side and were able to buff out the door. It all looked great until I got to work this evening and in direct sunlight I saw tons of 3d swirl marks up and down the bed and door. The color is patriot blue and I know dark colors are prone to swirls. Is there anything that can be done to repair this. I hate to go back and complain because they only charged me 350.00. I guess you get what you pay for.

Easy, get an oscillating buffer, and some Blue Coral scratch remover. It'll clean it right up. Of course wax it after.

on my audi i am so worried about swirls and what not. But since my truck is black there for i have given up on my paint. I have been taking mine to the car wash and not washhing it my self because it would be such a pain in the butt to keep a black truck in perfect condition. Also my garage does not fit my truck in it so that is also another set back.

Try Zymol cleaner wax.The wifes car had some pretty scratches on the hood.I used the Zymol,it took them out.I hand rubbed two coats on.coobie
