when I ran stock powder coated wheels, I had no issues with balance. I did have issues with the thickness of the powdercoat and the hub area. I had to file it down at the tire shop to get the wheels to fit. I also ended up removing the powder coat in the lug net seat locations. I would do a test fit at home to make sure they seat on the hubs before you have them put the tires on.
I could even suggest you dont have the center sections coated at all, front and back. if you are going to run some kind of center cover it wont matter any way.

There held on by silicone. flip the rim upside down and use a beater chisel to get under the rolled edge, open it up enough to get a pry bar in there.put pressure on the clad and use a plumbers torch with light heat to release the silicone.first one was a "pita" but got better after that.
