I like how the wheels look. I don't really like my fender flares anymore. I will probably take them off soon. If you are ever in Southern Utah call me and we can go drive the twins around!

Sorry 8-9" is perfect. BFG generally calls for slightly wider wheels then other mfgs, but personally I have found 8" wheels to work well with 315s, 33x12.5s, 37x12.50s etc.... (in BFG, Pro Comp, Goodyear, Hankook etc).

Wow, you're bitter..... Just go with stock wheels are fine up to about 12.5" wide if they clear all your other stuff...

I personally have been a victum of a rock thrown from a tire at the top of the wheel arc and it hit my windshield before the approching truck (which had reversed rims and the tires outside the fenders) was even beside me. I assumed the other truck was doing at least 60 mph and that was my speed. The impact was about 180 mph and the rock almost penatrated my windshield. The sound of the impact was much louder than a gun shot in the cab.
If you need the wider stance, then you should extend the fenders with flairs and then add clearance lights as required for vehicles wider than 98 inches.

rock chips are cool
, tires more then 2" outside the fenders are illegal in almost all states. Wear a helmet if you think a rock will come through the window, thats what I would do.
