have your attorney call the Rep.
what they did on my kids truck was give them the complete difference in trade in, so they just traded their lemon in, and got a new truck at COST (make sure you get that detail in there)
and the truck they traded in, did not get "labeled as a LEMON"
i think they have to do something with lemons, not sure?
AND, GM authorized them to trade their truck in NOW and send out checks later, they were done in a few days.
the dealership took the lemon on trade, took it to next auto auction, and just dumped it there.
buyer beware.
attorney is the key from what i saw.

ok Guys, I recieved a call from my rep today.
He said that he wanted one more chance to fix the truck with a brand new ECM. He has been really nice and prompt with me, so Im going to give him this last chance.
Here is his offers:
- If it DOES fix the truck, he is offering a 7 year 75K mile powertrain warranty on the truck.
-If it DOES NOT fix the truck, he will offer a trade allowance on the truck towards the purchase of a new truck.
What Im worried about is what is trade allowance??? Is that a bad thing or a good thing? By Arkansas lemon law, they have to give me full purchase price (minus mileage) toward a new truck or in currency.
Maybe this is a way to keep from titling it a LEMON...
