Speaker/Door rattle

Actually, my dynamatting doesn't replace the factory plastic...there are plenty of holes etc that are now open. I've done this on vehicles for years without any problems. I'm sure they have some reason for that plastic being there, however it apparently isn't too crucial... All I'm saying is little rattles will drive you absolutely nuts, and if you can get rid of it, my thought is to do so!

The plastic is a water/vapor barrier. When it rains, water gets into your door and the barrier is there to prevent all the elements from entering the interior of your vehicle.

AVOID FATMAT!! Trying to get a credit from them at the moment their customer service is a total joke. I have the fatmat hood liner which I got on ebay, but their shipping takes forever, the stuff doesn't stick as well either. Dynamat xtreme can be had for the same price as fatmat on ebay....plus the equivalent fatmat product is called rattle trap - just as expensive as dynamt. I got 36 sq feet dynamat xtreme for $89 on ebay.
