Securing Rear Cab Window
Druggies broke into my truck with the intent of stealing it. Happened in Chandler, AZ. They pried open my canopy door, broke the canopy window then proceeded in ripping open the cab. They tore uo the slidder as well as breaking the glass. One of then squeezed through to get into the cab.
My question. Is there a vendor that sells some type of steel grate that can be mounted in front of the rear cab window while still retaining my canopy?

I hunted around a bit for you, but came up with nothing.
I was thinking however that I'm sure someone who makes custom headache racks could fab something up for you. There are a few fab guys on this site that should be able to help you. Use the search function "Custom headache rack"

I thought of something, it would be a deterrent rather than an actual preventative option.
The pic is just an example, they have many different types available on-line through different manufacturers.

I would probably get a section of expanded metal and make a brace that would sandwich it between the top of the bed and the shell so it raises up enough to sit between the two windows.
Or you could do what I did about 15 years ago when they did the same thing to my old truck... put about 3 6'x2x4"s in the bed with about (20) 4" decking screws run all the way through and sticking out the other side and stand them with the pointy ends up... but I didn't stop there, l went and chained (4) #2 coyote clamp traps to the tie downs and placed them towards the middle...
Yes I got carried away, and would have probably been "sued broke" if someone would have gotten snared in there, but it sure made me feel good with the thought of some bloodied screaming thief rolling around in my bed as I took them for a ride out to the middle of no where so I could beat them to death with a bamboo stick....
