Yes, but with a few issues. I installed an 04 leather front seat in my truck. What I learned: 1) The seat belts on the truck did not fit the seat belt latches on the seat. If I recall correctly, the buckle side was different thus making the change more than I wanted to deal with. 2) The 06 has an electronic module in the floor under the lower center console. The 03 seats do not have a bottom on the lower console so it extends a little further down to use the carpeted truck bottom as a bottom for the floor. The 03 seat will require trimming to fit over the module, or the module moved. 3) The electric seat wiring connector was different.
It can be done if you want to deal with all that. I ended finding a Sport interior package for my truck and have not looked back. I got rid of my crappy cloth, got leather, and made $600 (long story). GOod luck!

thanks,
current truck is the Laramie package with the nice (?) leather/swede seats in it. the 06 I'm looking at buying has the crappy cloth ones in it. Figured I'd make the 06 a Laramie, by default!
