Good deal. With the two, you are 2/3rds of the way to having enought for an oil change.

Both the Valvoline Blue dino and the Synthetic are not only approved but highly recommended by Cummins! And, isn't the factory fill the Valvoline Blue dino?

I bought it in Burnet. When I talked to Valvaline they told me all NAPA should carry it.

I've been working my way to running full synthetic. First all dino, then 2 gl dijno to 1gl, now 1 dino to 2 syn. With my gasser I was a diehard change at 3K miles. With the diesel I'm changing at about 5K now. Just depends on the budget though about 100% syn.

If you go to the NAPA website, they don't even list Valvoline as one of the oils they carry....
You don't have to change every 5k with these engines...every 7500 is easy with dino or synthetic.

I was in Burnett on Saturday on way to Fredericksburg

The NAPA in Burnet is on hwy 281 near 29. That's closer to you than Austin. I haven't found a NAP store in Austin yet.
