For comparision, here's the one I, and other DTR members, have: http://www.genosgarage.com/prodinfo....r=MEGS-0069-DG

Notice the RPM one is 7" longer, but $10 less. I'd like to see one in person before I bought, even though it's only $30. (Maybe I'm just cheap.)

Do you really want a tip that long with a SRW?

well, i figured that It would go far enough under the truck to look factory and unlike the fords where the itp is only like 6 inches long and you can see the transition

The only thing i would caution you on is that the anhle cut tips are sharp. I have cut my shins(on the lower stanced Dakota) more than once in the summer washing the truck. I have a Magnaflow tip that is angle cut, but has a rolled edge. It has the same look, but doesn't leave the scars!! It is installed in my photos.

I just installed their 5 to 6 inch angled, rolled tip and looks great, on my new Mega Cab. Stainless and pretty good qaulity it looks like to me, only time will tell, $$44 to my door, can't beat that. Sorry no pics. Ed

This is the 6" tip I had on the old truck. The longer the better to hide the transition as stated above. I will go 5'' on the new truck.

forced5, I have that exact tip you are looking at and it is great. The quality seems to be just fine and it IS a rolled tip, unlike what the picture shows. The length is perfect and it has it's own clamp. I wish I could take a pic and show you but I am alittle behind the times. I can answer question though!
