You can tell on certain sections of road where there's an upgrade over some uneven pavement going at a certain speed, depending on the pattern of bumps or wallows. Going uphill unloads the front enough to let the shocks work full stroke. Or not. You can tell, if you know what I'm talking about. The truck will either run fairly straight and smooth over it, or it will be jumping all over the place if the shocks are worn out.

I hope the 9100's are an improvement, they're over $100 each wholesale up here...
