You might try hemitruckclub.com as they list several years of manuals. My '03 manual is about 85 Megs and seems to have all the '03 trucks. I don't know if you have to jump through any hoops to get a copy or just download it. Good luck.

Locomotion

On rare occasions you might find the printed versions on ebay, like I did. You can't take a CD to view it on the road, if needed, without a laptop! It's a 2 volume manual and there may have been a second edition of both for the 2004.5. Otherwise, I've seen them for around $230 a pair. May still be available from Chrysler also.

looked at the sight, noticed that the 2004 manual does not show the ,325/600 engine , don't know about the rest will look more later.

I would bet everything is the same, except they added a "kitty" in 04.5
